The development and application of “High-precision 3D Thread Integrated Measuring Instrument” focuses on the comprehensive testing requirements of thread geometry parameters in the high-end intelligent manufacturing field. It breaks through the key technologies of high-precision probes for internal and external thread 3D scanning and efficient reconstruction of 3D parameters. High-precision 3D threaded comprehensive measuring instrument with intellectual property rights, stable and reliable quality, and localized core components, develop related software and database, and realize 3D automatic scanning detection of full parameters of thread.

The Shanghai Metrology Institute undertakes the topic of “Application Development of High-Precision 3D Thread Integrated Measuring Instrument in the Field of Common Threads” in this special project.
