1) This machine adopts PLC program control, use frequency conversion motor controller        makes output shaft rotating speed constant.
2) There are hydraulic driver and electromagnet brake makes machine stops steadily and          rapidly. Take-up and traverse device adopts torque motor.
3) Torque motor starts operating before main stranding cage starts running conversely,          torque motor stops after stranding cage  stops so as to meet the requirement of cable  manufacturing process.
