Japan's major industries will be involved in photovoltaic power generation business

Japanese refractories manufacturer Rutsubo (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) announced on June 28th, 2012 that it will install solar cells in the Toyota Plant (Toyota, Aichi Prefecture) site to engage in photovoltaic power generation. The power generation capacity is about 2MW, the annual power generation is 2.2 million kWh, and the CO2 emission reduction is about 750 tons. The project plans to cover an area of approximately 36,000 m2, with an initial investment of approximately 650 million yen. In the first half of 2012, applications will be made to the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the power company. Construction will begin in the second half of the year and sales will begin in March 2013.

Japan will implement the "Renewable Energy Fixed Price Acquisition System" on July 1, 2012. This system requires the power company to purchase all the electricity generated by renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation at a fixed price. The electricity purchase price for photovoltaic power generation is 42 yen/kWh. Aiming at the business opportunities, more and more companies are involved in photovoltaic power generation.

For example, real estate developer MoriTrust and fiber maker Japan Knitwear announced that they will set up solar cells on golf courses to engage in photovoltaic power generation. Mori Trust plans to install solar cells with an annual power generation capacity of 10 million kWh in the "Laforet White River Golf Course" (out of business) in Nishi Shirakawa, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. In the future, solar cells will be built around the resort's unused space. Japan Knitwear plans to close the "Japanese Knitwear Golf Club" at Hyosan Stadium in Hyogo Prefecture and set up a solar cell with an annual power generation of 9.537 million kWh.

In addition, Mitsui Matsushima Industries, which is engaged in the development and operation of coal mines and sales of building materials, will install solar cells with a power generation capacity of approximately 2 MW within the company's site in Fukutsu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Japan's Bit-isle, which is engaged in data center business, plans to install solar cells in the Takehara Industrial Distribution Park in Takehara-shi, Hiroshima Prefecture. The planned area will be three parks (about 72,700 m2 in total). Will reach about 1.8 million to 1.95 million kWh.

According to some reports, NTT will set foot in the photovoltaic power generation business. Starting from summer 2012, the company will start 30 domestic megawatt-class solar cells with a total generating capacity of 60MW at any time. The Japanese solar cell market will expand significantly in the future.

Pulverizer Machine

Pulverizers are machines that pulverize large solid materials to the required size.

According to the size of the crushed material or the crushed material, the mill can be divided into coarse crusher, medium crusher, fine mill and superfine mill. There are four kinds of external forces applied to the solid in the grinding process: pressing, cutting, impact and grinding. Press rolling is mainly used in coarse and medium crushing, suitable for the crushing of hard materials and bulk materials. Shearing is mainly used in fine crushing, suitable for the crushing of ductile materials. Impact is mainly used in medium crushing, fine grinding, ultrafine grinding, suitable for crushing brittle materials. Grinding mainly in fine grinding, ultrafine grinding, suitable for small pieces and fine particles.

The crusher makes use of the high speed relative motion of the movable tooth plate and the fixed tooth plate, so that the crushed object can be crushed by the comprehensive action of tooth impact, friction and the impact between the materials. The crusher is suitable for crushing Chinese herbs, precious medicinal materials, ores and chemical raw materials in small batches in various varieties, alloys, metallurgy, geology, scientific research and other units.

The pulverizer machine has the advantages of simple structure, solid, stable operation and good crushing effect. The pulverized material can be discharged directly from the grinding chamber of the main machine. The particle size can be obtained by replacing the mesh screen with different aperture. The powder collecting chamber adopts the completely closed silencer structure, which can effectively reduce the working noise. In addition the machine is all stainless steel. The inner wall of the casing is machined to achieve smooth surface, which changes the phenomenon of rough inner wall and powder accumulation of the previous models, so that the production of drugs, food, chemical industry and so on is more in line with national standards and meet the requirements of GMP.
