1 The determination of the rock movement angle shall comply with the following provisions:
    (1) The rock movement angle of large mines should be determined by numerical analysis and analogy method;
    (2) The rock movement angle of small and medium-sized mines can be selected based on the analysis of the lithological structural characteristics and the actual data analogy of similar mines;
    (3) For the reconstruction or expansion of the mine, the original design rock movement angle should be corrected according to the obtained rock movement observation data and the change of the geological conditions of the deposit.
    2 The circle of rock movement range shall meet the following requirements: (1) The rock movement range shall be delineated by the deepest part of the mining body, and the ore body that has not yet been explored in the deep part shall be delineated from the part that can be exploited as a prospect;
    (2) The mining depth is large and the service period is long. The mines with staged mining can be used to delineate the rock movement range;
    (3) If there is a small dip weak surface in the adjacent rock stratum in the same direction as the moving angle, and the influence range exceeds the range delineated by the complete rock stratum, it should be corrected by the influence range of the weak surface;
    (4) The delineated rock movement range and the remaining security pillars shall be marked on the general plan, the development system plan, the section plan and the stage plan.
    3 The main construction and structures of the surface shall be arranged outside the protection zone of the rock movement range. For special reasons, it shall be placed in the protection zone of the rock movement range, and the security pillar shall be reserved.
    4 The degree of protection of the surface construction and structures and the width of the protective belt shall comply with the following provisions:
    (1) The classification of the protection of surface construction and structures shall comply with the provisions of Table 4-1 ;
    (2) The width of the protective cover of the surface construction and structures shall not be less than that specified in Table 4-2 .

    3 The main construction and structures of the surface shall be arranged outside the protection zone of the rock movement range. For special reasons, it shall be placed in the protection zone of the rock movement range, and the security pillar shall be reserved.
    4 The degree of protection of the surface construction and structures and the width of the protective belt shall comply with the following provisions:
    (1) The classification of the protection of surface construction and structures shall comply with the provisions of Table 4-1 ;
    (2) The width of the protective cover of the surface construction and structures shall not be less than that specified in Table 4-2 .
