The "Guiding Opinions" specify seven key tasks. The second is to vigorously innovate and develop advanced modes of transport organization, actively promote the development of multimodal transport, and accelerate the development of suspension and transportation. The third is to effectively improve the technical level of transportation equipment, raise the level of standardization, increase the level of specialization and cleanliness, and strictly enforce market access and withdrawal of freight vehicles and ships. Fourth, efforts will be made to optimize the market's main structure, nurture dragon skull enterprises, encourage the development of small and medium-sized enterprises' associations, and standardize the business behavior of freight forwarders. Fifth, actively promote information construction, speed up the construction of public transportation and logistics information platform, promote the construction of industry information systems, and encourage enterprises to accelerate the construction of information technology. Sixth, accelerating the promotion of logistics development in key areas, upgrading the logistics service capabilities of traditional transportation hubs, supporting the development of rural logistics, promoting the development of urban distribution, supporting and regulating the development of the express delivery industry, strengthening the supervision of the transport of dangerous goods, and guiding the healthy development of cold chain transportation; Transport management.
