The ore is layered on the screen surface and then discharged by a V-shaped plate. The bottom edge of the V-shaped plate is a certain distance from the screen surface (AM-50 type is 30~50 mm), and heavy minerals pass through the gap to enter the end of the jib chamber, and are discharged over the concentrate raft after the water flow is agitated. Light minerals move along the V-shaped plate to the sides of the jip room and exit the tailings raft. However, because the moving sieve jig has the advantages of water saving, forced loose bed, and no restriction on the size of the ore, it has been paid more attention in the ore pre-selection in recent years.
A three-chamber dynamic sieve jig The three-chamber dynamic sieve jig is shown in Figure 18. This is an upper transmission type made by the former Soviet Union. The screen frame is suspended from the crank lever and supported by a spring. The eccentric mechanism drives the crank lever to move the screen frame up and down. The screen surface is divided into three sections, and the heavy product enters the lower cone by the slit at the end of each section. The light product finally passes over the tailings raft to enter the tailing hopper, and then respectively The bucket elevator is discharged. Equipment performance is shown in Table 15. Used to select manganese ore, the ore size is 35~3 mm, the ore grade is 43.2% Mn, the concentrate grade is 46.0%, the recovery rate is 84.78%, the tailing grade is 32.5%, and it is selected after crushing.
