[original] Cultural relic protection technology support plan acceptance

In recent years, the voice of China's instrument network research and development has become increasingly loud, many experts and scholars have joined the army of cultural heritage protection, and related laws and regulations are gradually improving. Among them, instrumentation, as an indispensable equipment for the detection and identification of cultural relics, plays an indispensable role in the protection of cultural heritage. On June 23, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage held a three-item acceptance meeting for the “Twelfth Five-Year” National Science and Technology Support Program “Research and Application of Key Techniques for Cultural Relics Knowledge Analysis and Design Reconstructing Materials” in Beijing.

The project began in January 2013 and ended in December 2015, which lasted for three years. The total project funding is 18.21 million yuan, of which the national science and technology support plan has a special fund of 8.21 million yuan. The project has set a total of 3 topics, namely: "Research and Knowledge Base Construction of Cultural Relics Knowledge System for Creative Design" undertaken by Zhejiang University, 2.36 million yuan of special funds, and "Creative Resources Extraction and Design Material Resources for Cultural Relics Resources" undertaken by Tianjin University. "Construction", a special fund of 2.49 million yuan; Beijing Institute of Instrumentation Technology Development Co., Ltd. undertakes the "creative design integrated system and demonstration applications based on cultural relics," with a special fund of 3.36 million yuan.

Among them, “Research and Knowledge Base Construction of Cultural Relics for Creative Design” is undertaken by the Network and Media Lab of School of Computer Science, Zhejiang University. The research and application level of this laboratory in graphic image processing, virtual reality, wireless sensor network and other fields. In the forefront of the country. Its self-developed high-precision structured light 3D scanner, ancient mural high-fidelity automatic acquisition system, aerial model photography large-scale scene 3D reconstruction system, the world's largest high-fidelity high-fidelity calligraphy and painting scanner, portable close-range photogrammetry system, micro-meteorological environment monitoring wireless sensor system Multi-channel three-dimensional display system, multi-channel curtain display system, immersive human-computer interaction system, holographic display system and other equipment are widely used in Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, Liangzhu Cultural Sites, Jinsha Sites, Hemudu Cultural Sites, Xi'an Fengqiyuan The protection of important cultural heritage in the country, such as the cemetery and the bear cemetery of Xiongjia in Hubei.

“The extraction of creative elements of cultural relic resources and the construction of design material library” is undertaken by Tianjin University’s Cultural Heritage Protection and Inheritance Information Technology Laboratory. The laboratory is involved in computer art, surveying and digitizing of ancient buildings, monitoring of ancient mural diseases, and Chinese woodblock New Year pictures including Yangliu Youth Painting. Such areas as the protection and display of information on the cultural heritage of folk art have formed their own characteristics.

At the acceptance meeting, 11 technical experts and financial experts from universities, museums, research institutes, and enterprises, and deputy chiefs of the Science and Technology Department of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, Shi Chenyan and Wo Haowei, and about 50 projects and project undertakers. Researchers participated in the meeting and the meeting was chaired by Deputy Director Shi Yanyan.

Deputy Director Shi Chenyan first introduced the topic acceptance requirements and experts attending the meeting. Mr. Shi Zhenshan, Deputy Director of the Institute of Mechanical Instrumentation and Comprehensive Research, briefed the project team on the project implementation brief. Subsequently, Prof. Luo Shijian from Zhejiang University, Prof. Xu Qing and Prof. Shi Zhenshan from Tianjin University reported on the research objectives, research tasks, and completion status of assessment indicators, as well as the use of funds, on each topic, and made questions on issues raised by experts. Answered. After discussion, the expert group formed the project acceptance opinion, and the three projects passed the acceptance.

After the meeting, the project team also held a project acceptance meeting to plan the project acceptance.
