(1) The compression type garbage truck outlet valve is not tightly sealed. If the oil amount of the hand pump is too small, it must be refueled. After compacting the accelerator pedal, the compact garbage truck engine still does not ring. At this time, check and adjust the starting oil amount on the oil pump test bench. After troubleshooting, the fuel supply for starting and other operating conditions should be readjusted on the oil pump test rig.

(2) Compression garbage truck fuel pump does not pump oil. The reason may be that adjusting the ring gear loose makes the plunger be in communication with the return oil hole, or the plunger spring may break or the plunger may break, and the fuel injector side cover may be opened to observe and judge.

(3) When the compression type garbage truck starts, the oil is pressed rhythmically to indicate that the pressure drop is not reduced. The low oil volume is caused by the damage of the piston of the oil pump; if the oil is not normal when the hand pump is pressed, it means the oil pump. After the check valve, if necessary, an oil test should be conducted to check the breakage of the input spring. According to the situation, the oil valve can be grinded or the spring of the oil valve can be replaced. After the repair, the test bed is adjusted to adjust the oil supply.

(4) The deformation of the piston of the compression type garbage truck conveying pump is worn or non-returned. When such a failure occurs, the amount of fuel delivered by the fuel pump will drop significantly. The inspection method is: first loosen the outlet pipe fittings. Check if the oil pump returns to normal.

Compression type garbage truck is connected to the oil pump inlet valve with a diameter of 8mm-10mm and a length of 2m and placed in a fuel tank with a distance of 1m.

(5) Compression garbage truck injectors work abnormally. The reasons are: Diesel is not clean. Or the fuel injector is poorly cooled to deform the fuel injector; the fuel injection pressure is too low, the diesel fuel is atomized, burns badly, and there is too much carbon deposition, resulting in clogging of the fuel injector.

Treatment method is: cleaning diesel filter, remove coke

The fault of the injector can be checked by “deactivated cylinder method”: each cylinder injector fuel connector nut is loosened and each cylinder injector is stopped one by one, such as which cylinder injector stops the oil supply and then compresses. There is no change in the engine speed of the garbage truck and it can be determined that the cylinder injector is faulty.

(6) The advance angle adjustment of the compressed garbage truck fuel supply is not proper, and the advance angle of the engine of the compressed garbage truck is 140°. The knocking angle of the fuel supply ahead of the meeting occurs and knocks out black smoke, affecting the performance of the compression garbage truck engine and fuel supply. If the advance angle is too small, the diesel exhaust pipe will emit white smoke due to poor combustion.
