Appraised by Guangxi Science and Technology Department
On September 3, Guangxi Science and Technology Department invited seven research institutes including Guangxi University, Guangxi Institute of Technology, Guilin Institute of Electronic Technology and Guangxi Product Quality Inspection Institute. Experts and professors from universities and colleges hosted "XKZ2316/" in Guilin Machine Tool. 3—5X CNC five-axis linkage gantry milling machine†project scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting. The participating experts listened to the project completion unit report, reviewed the technical documents, on-site inspection, questioning and detailed discussion, and unanimously passed the identification of the first domestically produced CNC five-axis linkage gantry milling machine.
The appraisal committee agreed that the technological innovations and characteristics of the product are:
1 Five-axis linkage core functional components CNC AC swing milling head development, design, manufacture, and applied to the portal milling machine, to achieve five-axis linkage machining of portal milling machine.
2 A stable gantry frame structure with bilateral inwardly convex oblique support.
3 The composite transverse rail structure adopts double-track rail and slide rail.
4 Adopting the domestic Huazhong CNC system and the electric spindle of Luoyang Bearing Research Institute, it became the first first five-axis linkage gantry milling machine made in China. Experts and professors also believe that the layout and structure of the product is reasonable and advanced, the rigidity of the machine is good, and the precision is high. The CNC AC swing milling head has reasonable structure, advanced technology and stable performance. It can be equipped with foreign advanced numerical control system and electric spindle, electromechanical system. The compatibility is good. The product technical documents are complete and the relevant national standards are implemented. The products meet the national safety protection and environmental protection requirements, and have the capacity and conditions for mass production.
It is reported that the machine tool was included in the national “10th Five-Year Plan†research plan and won the bronze medal at the 6th Shanghai International Industry Fair last year.
Brief Introduction:
Ball mill is one of the most important Grinding Equipment to grind the crushed materials, which is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics.

6. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace, the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scaleboard. This machine run steadily and works reliably.
