The product has a large moisture content in filter cake of mycelial fermentation broth, and can not be dried by other airflow drying methods. On the basis of the basic airflow dryer, a set of strengthening dryer with stepless speed adjustment is added to make the product wet. The material enters the fortifier dryer through a screw feeder and is thoroughly mixed with the hot gas stream. The material is broken into granules by the crushing and advancement of a rapidly rotating knife, moving toward the outlet while drying, and finally entering the drying tube under the suction of the wind, and further uniformly drying. Wet and heavy particles that cannot be attracted by the wind continue to be crushed and dried until they can be sucked into the drying tube by the wind. This product is more efficient than other air dryers, and the residence time of the material in the drying tube is short, and the best dried product can be obtained.
