The equipment cannot be started. It may be caused by improper position or damage of the door closing switch. At this time, the proximity switch should be adjusted or replaced. It may be that the water level meter is blocked or the wire is in poor contact. At this time, it shall be dredged or reconnected; It may be that the level transmitter is damaged, the upgrade platform is not lowered, or the lift platform is lowered to a position where the proximity switch is damaged. In this case, the damaged components should be replaced or repaired.

2. Low water level alarm

If you press the "Start" button when the alarm, equipment, automatic replenishment to return to normal, then it is normal, no treatment; In addition, there may be poor contact or damage to the water level gauge, level transmitter damage, water solenoid valve damage As a result, damaged parts should be replaced at this time.

3. High water level alarm

In this case, check whether the inlet solenoid valve and the water level control system are damaged. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

4. Pressure alarm

The start of pressure alarm may be due to damage or water stoppage of the vacuum pump inlet solenoid valve, which should be replaced or water supply; it may also be caused by the wear of the vacuum pump impeller or motor burnout. In this case, the impeller or motor should be replaced; and the pressure gauge is also damaged. It may lead to this situation, should replace the pressure gauge; In addition, it should also check the presence of aging and damage seals, if there is, it should be replaced.

5. Does not open the door or open the door is not smooth

In this case, check whether the pressure of the door opening is normal and adjust the settings. In addition, the damage of the air intake valve and door opening mechanism may also cause this situation, and should be replaced or repaired.
