1. First check whether the frame and the blades are deformed, whether the blade rotation is flexible, and whether there is friction. Check that all fasteners are complete and tight, and there should be an explosion-proof certificate number.

2. The line voltage must match the rated voltage on the motor.

3. Check the insulation resistance of the motor with a 500V megohmmeter. If the resistance value is less than 50MΩ, dry it by applying the drying method or the short-circuit current method to make the insulation resistance greater than 5 MΩ.

4, must use a small explosion-proof switch to do the power switch, or install the ordinary switch in a place where there is no danger outside.

5. The outer diameter of the cable connected to the power supply should be consistent with the sealing ring. After tightening and pressing the nut, ensure that there is no gap between the sealing ring and the cable and between the outlets, otherwise the explosion-proof performance will be lost.

6. When assembling, ensure that the explosion-proof clearance is less than 0.2mm, replace the grease of the motor bearing, and the grease grade is ZG-2H compound calcium base.

If there is damage or rust, it shall be repaired according to the “Provisions for the Treatment of Explosion-proof Surface Defects of Explosion-Proof Electrical Equipment”.

Installation Precautions

1. All wires enter the slot.

2. Remove the plug of the power socket and the fan, and connect the power cable of the fan directly to the input wire.

3. If the switch is explosion-proof, it can be installed indoors, otherwise it should be installed outdoors in the lock box.
