For a long time, Voith has actively played the leading role of outstanding foreign-funded enterprises, provided solid talent guarantee and technical support for the industrial transformation and upgrading of Kunshan High-tech Zone, and also added help to Kunshan High-tech Zone to build the core area of ​​the national first-class industrial science and technology innovation center.

Since its establishment five years ago, Voith China Training Center has become one of the most important talent training bases in Kunshan and surrounding areas. It has been awarded the Kunshan High-skilled Talent Training Base, the Sino-German Dual-system Vocational Education Demonstration and Promotion Base, and CNC Application (CNC) public training base and other titles. Up to now, Voith has established cooperation with 9 institutions including Kunshan No. 1 Secondary Professional School, and has opened more than 460 courses. It has provided 32,860 hours of training for 26,951 people, and has trained more than 1,000 people in Kunshan and surrounding areas.
