Moreover, in the case of a large amount of heavy load for a long time, accidents are likely to occur during transportation, causing personal injury and instrument damage. Moreover, in the prior art, the verification results are all manually entered, the amount of data is large, the calculation is cumbersome, and error is easy. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a device that can automatically check the weight, realize the automation of the weight verification, improve the efficiency of the weight verification, reduce the error rate, avoid a lot of repeated manual labor, and avoid the risks in the manual handling of the weight.
The project has developed a set of kilogram group weight automatic verification device, which is based on PLC control and robot, realizes automatic loading and unloading of standard weight and checked weight, and realizes automatic collection, storage and processing of verification data by electronic comparator. It fills the blank of Anhui Province in this field and has a good application prospect.
The acceptance expert group listened to the project research summary report, reviewed the technical documents, reviewed the R&D site and the prototype demonstration, and formed the acceptance opinion. It believed that the project of the Provincial Metrology Institute completed the entire contents of the project task book, and the design plan was leading domestically and agreed to pass the acceptance. The automatic transportation, automatic loading and unloading of the weight and the automatic calibration of the weight can solve the low efficiency of the verification in the prior art weight verification process, the low degree of automation, the error of the result and the large amount of repeated manual labor in the verification process. There is a safety hazard in the manual handling of weights.
