In recent years, Zhejiang Institute of Metrology once undertook the development of a major scientific research project “Study on the Standard of Biopharmaceutical Micro Flowmeter Measurement Standardsâ€. The main research object is a set of biomedical micro-liquid flow metering standard device combining a static mass method and a dynamic piston method. With the "double cup double weighing" framework, a small fully symmetrical commutator and a constant temperature water supply system are designed, and the measurement accuracy is improved by using a low volatile liquid layer covering technology.
The purpose of this project is to ensure accurate and reliable metrological performance in the field of biomedicine, and to achieve even speed of micromedicine in clinical treatment, accurate drug dose play an active role, to improve the quality and effectiveness of biomedical care, and to ensure the health of patients. After many years of exploration by Zhejiang Institute of Metrology, it finally achieved a float flowmeter, a mass flowmeter, a micropump detector, an infusion pump/injection pump, and a detection device with flow rates in the range of 0.1 mL/h to 1000 mL/h.
