Machine Characteristics:
1.The four cylinders and the precise four-column automatic balancing mechanism ensure that the cutting depth precision at each cutting position is 0.2mm. It adopts four-column blocking mechanism and hydraulic control system, which can guarantee the die cutting speed and accuracy of the machine. All movable connecting parts are equipped with the central oil supply automatic lubricating device, which reduces the abrasion to the minimum extent.
2.It is pressed downwards, the cutting head will automatically slow down when the die approach the material ,maintain the pressure and delay.To seal the edge of the material,make the upper layer and the lower layer glue tightly,then cut off. 3.The accurate cutting balance can greatly reduce the wearing of die cutter and cutting board. The effect is better during the cutting of the edges and the wearing of the cutting board can be reduced.
4.The conveying part adopts PLC control. The materials are driven by the servo motor and input from one side of machine, and after die cutting, output from the other side, which can guarantee accurate feeding and stable operation. The feeding length can be adjusted conveniently through touch screen.The color change of the display signal lamp indicates diffirent fault informations,which is convenient for machine maintenance.
5.The feeding and receiving of the servo motor makes the position alignment precision reach ±0.2mm and it adopts the deviation correcting device and magnetic powder tension control device.
6.The special setting mechanism makes the travel adjustment simple and accurate in conjunction with the die cutter and cutting depth.
7.The central automatic lubricating system ensures machine precision and prolongs service life of the machine.The machine is provided with the infrared photoelectric safety device to make the operation safer.
