Measurement and interference suppression, multi-frequency excitation of slurry electromagnetic flowmeters, noise filtering based on digital signal processing, signal extraction, temperature compensation, and error correction techniques, applied for 5 patents (including 2 invention patents), and obtained 2 authorizations Obtain 1 software copyright. Developed three types of products: high-precision electromagnetic flowmeters, slurry-type electromagnetic flowmeters, and capacitive electromagnetic flowmeters, and developed a corporate standard for high-performance electromagnetic flowmeters. The high-precision electromagnetic flowmeter passed the type test of the China Institute of Metrology, and the slurry-type electromagnetic flowmeter and the capacitive electromagnetic flowmeter passed the type test of the 18th measurement and test center of the machinery industry. It has built a demonstration base for the production and manufacture of high-performance electromagnetic flowmeters and has an annual production capacity of 7,000 sets. The project products have been widely used in metallurgical, chemical, water, and papermaking projects.
