The reactor unit has 1 prepolymerization reactor and 2 series loop reactors. The extrusion granulation unit has two fully automated orbital portable packaging palletizing lines. The catalyst system consists of titanium catalyst (solid) supported on magnesium chloride, triethylaluminum (TEAL, liquid), electron donor (DONOR, liquid ) Three components, the prepolymerization is carried out in a small loop reactor and the liquid phase bulk polymerization to produce the homopolymer takes place in two serial loop reactors. The four major features of the process make it an advantage in production: with the fourth-generation catalyst system, bimodal polypropylene and products with high rigidity, high crystallinity, and high clarity can be produced; pressure levels for prepolymerization and polymerization reactions The increase can increase the content of hydrogen in the loop reactor, expand the range of MFR, increase the strength of the product, improve the performance of the product, and facilitate the control of morphology, isotacticity and molecular weight; and the double loop reactor structure. Based on the type, it can produce "bimodal" products with broad molecular weight distribution, and can also produce products with narrow molecular weight distribution; with the use of loop reactors and liquid-phase bulk polymerization, heat transfer can be controlled better and the reaction can be uniform. In addition, the use of metallocene catalysts also eliminates the need for significant retrofits to existing plants; reduced residence time, better utilization of reaction volume; improved polymer high and low pressure degassing, steaming, drying systems, and accidental discharge units; Increased efficiency and operational flexibility.

Dalian Petrochemical Company selects T30S and T36F grades with good production stability and marketable sales, and develops BOPP special materials with relatively good production performance based on the characteristics of the process technology. At present, the company has a crude oil processing capacity of 20.5 million tons/year, a catalytic cracking capacity of 5.8 million tons/year and a propylene resource of nearly 280,000 tons/year.
