Pulse valve refers to a diaphragm valve that is controlled by a pilot valve such as electromagnetic or pneumatic, which can instantly open and close a high-pressure gas source to generate a pulse.

Electromagnetic pulse valve: refers to the diaphragm valve that combines the solenoid valve, pilot valve and pulse valve and is directly controlled by the electric signal.

The role of the solenoid valve pulse is to control the size of the oil pressure in the oil circuit. b) Straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve: diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet is 180 degrees and directly controlled by electric signal;

c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: diaphragm valve whose air inlet is submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by electric signal.

9. The appearance of the valve has no obvious coating peeling, scratches, burrs or other damage.

Performance test:

1, open the voltage test In the electromagnetic pulse valve inlet into the air pressure is clean air nominal pressure, enter the solenoid valve on the 85% of the nominal voltage, width of 0.03s electrical signal, check the electromagnetic pulse valve Is it normal?

2. Close the air pressure test Connect the clean air with the air source pressure of 0.1 MPa to the air inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, and input the electric signal of closing the valve to check whether the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed reliably.

3, pressure resistance test In the electromagnetic pulse valve inlet air pressure is 0.8MPa of clean air, continuous 60min, check the electromagnetic pulse valve on the sealed parts of the leakage of gas.

4. Insulation resistance test (1) Measure the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the shell under specified environmental conditions with a 500V megohmmeter with a measurement range of 0 MΩ to 500 MΩ and a precision of class 1.

(2) Place the valve in a thermostat chamber, set the temperature to 35 degrees and the relative humidity to 85%, and apply a 50Hz, 250V sinusoidal AC voltage between the solenoid and the valve body for 1 min. Check for breakdown.

5, anti-vibration test The valve is fixed on the vibration test bench, after the vibration frequency is 20Hz, the full amplitude is 2mm, which lasted 30min vibration, check the valve parts of the fasteners are loose, the work is normal.

6. Diaphragm life test Insert the clean air with the nominal pressure at the inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve. Input the nominal voltage value with 0.1s width and 3s interval on the solenoid valve and record the continuous or cumulative work of the valve. frequency.

Inspection Rules Inspection Category:

1, the product must be tested on the valve, one by one, technical requirements of the provisions of 2,3,4,9.

2. A random sample of 15% (not less than 10) shall be taken from the factory every quarter, and shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5 and 8 of the technical requirements.

When one of the following conditions is met in the type inspection, type inspection shall be carried out:

a) The first batch of products;

b) changes in the production process and materials used;

c) Batch production valves should be performed every three years;

d) The national quality supervision structure proposes the requirements for type inspection.

Electromagnetic pulse valve working principle: The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers before and after.
