7. In the event of an accident, an accident analysis meeting must be held, and in accordance with the "four does not let go" (that is, the analysis of the cause of the accident is unclear, the person responsible for the accident has not been punished for education, the masses have not been educated, and there is no precaution The principle of not taking measures is analyzed, and an accident report is reported. A minor accident or general accident is organized by the accident unit, and all members of the mine safety agency and the accident team participate in the analysis meeting. Serious accidents and other major accidents shall be led by the mine leadership, the mine safety agency, and all the relevant team members. 8. The handling of responsible personnel in an accident shall be subject to serious criticism, education and certain economic penalties for those responsible for responding to liability accidents. Accidents causing major casualties and serious incidents shall be handled by the public security and judicial organs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law.
