A total of 22 sample production and distribution companies were involved, 49 batches of samples were sampled, and 33 batches passed the inspection. The 16 batches were unqualified and the product quality pass rate was 70%.

The main problems with the quality of water meters are the unqualified projects such as the demarcation flow and the low flow rate difference. The demarcation flow and the small flow rate error are unacceptable, which directly leads to the inaccurate reading of the water meter. If it is a positive error, the water meter is fast. If it is a negative error, the water meter is slow.

For the main quality problems found in spot checks, the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision will instruct the city's quality and technical supervision departments to strictly follow the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations such as the product quality law, and deal with enterprises that fail to meet the quality requirements during the random inspection process in accordance with the law, and supervise the enterprises within the time limit.
