The terms and conditions stipulated were obtained from Fiat's product license for DDCT (Dry Dual Clutch Automotive Automatic Transmission), and corresponding implementation of capacity expansion and technology upgrade projects. The project intends to invest a total of approximately 2.269 billion yuan, including the introduction of technology, capacity expansion, and technology upgrades to Fiat. It will start production in 2013 and eventually reach an annual output of 500,000 units.
