4. The air inside the oil pump is arranged. For the rotor type oil pump used in the S195 diesel engine, if the air in the pump is not discharged, there will be a failure of the pump oil. The solution is to use a medical waste needle tube to fill the oil, fill the oil inlet of the pump, and turn the oil pump to make the outlet oil.

5. Skillfully repair high pressure tubing. The connection between the protrusions at both ends of the high-pressure oil pipe and the injector and the oil discharge valve is kept sealed by the processing precision of the contact surface and the fastening force of the pipe joint nut. Once the contact surface wears and leaks oil, a round copper skin can be cut from the waste cylinder mat, and a small hole is placed in the middle, and the pad can be placed between the convex head and the pit.

6. Repair of broken paper pads. Connect the break, apply a little butter on both sides of the paper pad, and then cut two thin white papers of the same size as the paper pad, attach them to both sides of the paper pad, attach them to the machine, and tighten the nuts to eliminate leakage.

7. Qiaozhi tires are slowly leaking. Take 2 tablespoons of talcum powder, remove the valve core, and let go of the inner air.

Use a cardboard made of funnel to insert the valve and pour talcum powder into the inner tube. When the filling is not in progress, the paper funnel can be taken, and the wheel is rotated and then poured until the filling is completed, and then the valve core is filled with sufficient gas. After inflation, the talcum powder spreads out in the tire and is diffusely attached to the inner sidewall, which blocks the tiny pores from spreading.

8. Clever removal of scale. Wash the two large peeled, seeded old loofahs, put them in a water tank, and replace them regularly.

9. Cleverly remove the outer elastic retaining ring of the reduction gear. It is very difficult to disassemble the external elastic retaining ring of the reduction gear in the Dongfeng-12 type hand-to-hand gearbox. At this point, use a wire, one end through the small hole in the retaining ring and then tighten, the other end is wrapped with a screwdriver, tightly pulled, then turn the drive wheel a few times back and forth, the retaining ring can be removed.

10. The dirt in the fine filter is removed. The dirt and dirt in the rotor oil filter are not easy to remove. If you put a layer of paper on the inner wall of the rotor with butter and let the soil adhere to the paper, remove the paper during maintenance and the soil can be completely removed.
