The MD200-2 nitrogen blower is mainly used for the concentrated preparation of large batches of samples, such as drug screening, hormone analysis, sample preparation in liquid phase, gas phase and mass spectrometry analysis.
Working principle: By blowing nitrogen into the surface of the heated sample, the solvent in the sample is quickly evaporated and separated, so as to achieve the purpose of oxygen-free concentration of the sample and keep the sample purer.
Using a nitrogen blower instead of a common rotary evaporator for concentration, it can concentrate dozens of samples at the same time, greatly shortening sample preparation time, and it is time-saving, easy to operate, and quick.
Features
1. Heater allows the sample to be quickly and efficiently heated to the evaporation temperature, while the gas is blown from the gas cavity to the surface of the solution by the gas needle, facilitating rapid evaporation of the solution and sample concentration
2. Each purge needle can be controlled independently and can be purged separately without wasting gas
3. The entire working system consists of adjustable gas chambers and heaters
4. The position of the gas needle in the air chamber can be changed to make it suitable for different test tubes. The standard gas needle length is 150mm.
5. The height of the air chamber can be adjusted according to the height of the solvent level. When the toxic solvent is concentrated, the entire system can be placed in the fume hood.
