In order to further expand the development space of the photovoltaic industry, based on the Xihai Photovoltaic Park, the city re-planned the Jinzhou Photovoltaic Industrial Park in the Longqiwan New District. The park covers an area of ​​13.4 square kilometers, and is located as a research and development, education, business, incubation, Demonstration and industrialization bases are integrated into a modern industrial park with a high starting point, an outward direction, and a comprehensive type. The total planned area of ​​the starting area is 3.86 square kilometers. The new park will mainly develop polysilicon, monocrystalline silicon, slicing, solar cells and components, and photovoltaic downstream industries. At present, according to the plan, Longxi Bay New District is in full swing to promote the park road, water supply, power supply, heating, standard factory buildings, sewage treatment and other infrastructure construction, and it is expected that the park will have the project settlement conditions in July and August. Before the end of this year, the photovoltaic technology building started construction last year will complete the main project. Huachang Photovoltaic 200 MW monocrystalline silicon solar cell and Jinhan Photovoltaic Technology 200 MW solar cell module project will be completed and put into production. The new century quartz glass million tons of low cost The first phase of a 3,000-ton polysilicon production facility for solar polysilicon was completed. The 2,000 tons of polycrystalline silicon ingots with an initial investment of 170 million yuan and the annual production of 20,000 tons of hydrogen atom reduction methods for the production of solar grade polysilicon, which are under construction for investment of 100 million U.S. dollars, will begin construction in the near future.

It is estimated that by the end of this year, the annual production capacity of polysilicon in the city will reach 400 tons, the annual production capacity of monocrystalline silicon will be 4,000 tons, the annual production capacity of monocrystalline silicon chips will be 160 million, the annual production capacity of industrial silicon will be 17 thousand tons, and the optical fiber and semiconductors will use quartz. Glass tubes and other quartz products have an annual production capacity of 700 tons. The average annual power of 1 megawatt battery is 2.2 million kilowatt-hours. By the end of this year, the city will produce 150 megawatts of solar cells, which can generate 330 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, save 107,000 tons of standard coal, and reduce annual carbon emissions by 164,000 tons. The annual reduction in sulfur dioxide emissions is 797.1 tons, and the annual reduction of dust emissions is 190 tons. Last year, the photovoltaic industry in our city achieved an output value of nearly 5 billion yuan and will reach 10 billion yuan this year.
