working principle:

2. A temperature control valve is set at the steam inlet of the heat exchanger, and the temperature of the oil outlet is detected by the temperature probe to control the steam inlet steam inlet of the heat exchanger so as to ensure the temperature of the oil product is constant.
The heat exchanger adopts the high-efficiency heat exchange element—the eddy current hot film tube, to maintain the reasonable flow of oil products between the tubes. The thermal efficiency is 3-5 times that of ordinary heat exchangers. The heat transfer enhancement mechanism is: the oil fluid flows on the internal and external surfaces. When it is designed as a turbulent flow, it will produce strong vibration and scouring action. The direction of flow will change continuously. The high-temperature oil fluid that keeps close to the surface of the pipe will be continuously replaced, the insulation layer will be thinned and even destroyed, and the heat transfer on the metal surface will be accelerated. The microscopic vortex strengthens the internal heat diffusion of the oil fluid. The local high-temperature overheating of the fluid close to the surface of the pipe wall is not caused, so that the oil product can be properly and sufficiently heated without the possibility of coking and decomposing. Both heat transfer is good, but it will not be very resistant.

9, compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, will not affect the safety of the tank due to the installation of the heater. Compared with the U-tube heat exchanger, in the case of the same heat exchange area: the size of the eddy current heat film heat exchanger is only about half of the U-tube heat exchanger's external dimensions.
10. Compared with the electric heating method, it is safer, the heating is gentler, and the effect on the oil quality is smaller.
