The concrete curing block standard maintenance controller consists of a cabinet, a microcomputer chip, a display screen, a heat source, a cold source, a fan, a water source shower head, a temperature and humidity probe, and the like. The heat source and the refrigerating equipment are all installed in the control box body. The hot air or cool air is blown into the curing room through the air supply port. The air in the curing room is fluid and the temperature is even. The maintenance room is equipped with a water source, a showerhead, and a temperature and humidity control probe. The temperature and humidity are transmitted to the controller through the respective probes, and after data processing, the temperature is raised and the temperature is lowered (used in hot summer). The instructions for spraying and humidifying are provided. Because the controller is working in the digital state, it can be connected to the computer through RS232 or RS485 interface, and data collection and recording can be done, which facilitates remote monitoring and computer network information query.
