YH25-315 series hydraulic press is vertical structure four-column hydraulic press, which is composed of fuselage, main hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic power system and electrical system. Its hydraulic system consists of energy conversion devices (pumps, hydraulic cylinders), energy conditioning devices (various control valves), and energy transmission devices (oil tanks, fluid-filled tank pipes, etc.), with the help of electrical systems, to complete a variety of process actions.
In order to further improve the performance of the product, a new design concept was introduced when designing the YH25-315D door-folding hydraulic press. This hydraulic press is equipped with a “Tâ€-shaped double-moving table, and the molds are placed on the mobile workbench. This "T" shaped mobile table can be left open and moved back and forth. The machine's mold and slider are clamped using hand-held clamps for quick die change.
YH25-315D has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control, which can realize two operation modes of adjustment and semi-automatic. Its mobile workbench is driven by a variable frequency controller, and its electrical uses an internationally advanced PLC programmable controller. Through the innovation of designing and manufacturing YH25-315D "T"-shaped moving table, it will help improve the automation degree of this series of hydraulic presses, increase the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
