At present, the commercialization of electric vehicles in various countries is at an initial stage. In particular, the development and application of lithium-ion power batteries are in the world. In the forefront, accelerating the development of the electric vehicle industry will change the status quo of the existing technology sources of the automotive industry. Judging from the actual situation of the current development of the electric vehicle industry in China, the central enterprises have the overall advantages of developing the electric vehicle industry and have the ability to better take the lead and lead role. First, the industrial chain is relatively complete. In terms of vehicle R&D, design, and manufacturing, electric vehicles independently developed and produced by FAW, Dongfeng, and Chang'an have been put into operation. In terms of battery R&D and manufacturing, CNOOC Lishen, Beijing Nonferrous Metals Research Institute, AVIC Luoyang Institute and other enterprises are in the leading position in China. In terms of charging facilities construction and services, the State Grid, China Putian and other companies have already built a number of demonstration projects.
