Article 12: Declaration organizations and reporting individuals may submit application materials through the following units:

Article 31 Organizations and individuals that seek fraudulent or fraudulent measures to obtain the China Quality Award shall be disqualified from applying for the China Quality Award within five years. Chapter 5 Dispute Handling Article 35 Any entity or individual who disagrees with the award of the China Quality Award may submit it to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

Objections should be raised in real names. Article 39 The objections concerning national defense and national security shall be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
